The 57th MSV will significantly show the growing interest in cooperation with the developed economies of East Asia. The "Special Guest at MSV 2015" project will feature the industrial Korea. On Tuesday 15 September, a conference entitled "Export Business Opportunities in the Republic of Korea" will be held at the Brno Exhibition Centre. Another East Asian country which will present its offer of cooperation within reach of the Czech and Central European partners at MSV, is the Chinese Hebei Province. This region in northeast China has been one of the most economically developed areas. A province of 73 million inhabitants produced a GDP of USD 479 billion in 2014, which ranked it in the sixth place in China. Traditional industries include coal and iron mining, oil processing, it is a home of major iron and steel works. It also has a  developing textile industry, construction, chemical, energy and food industries. Thanks to its strategic location – Hebei lies next to the sea and surrounds the metropolis of Beijing – it is also a major transport and logistics hub. The International Engineering Fair 2015 will be attended by a delegation of representatives of local industrial companies, led by representatives of the Hebei province and visitors will find a common exhibition space of eight exhibitors from various fields – the "Hebei Pavilion" – in Hall Z.

Interesting opportunities will be also brought by Japan this year. For the first time, a Reverse Exhibition will take place at MSV, where exhibitors do not present their production, but rather the products they need supplied to them. One-day exhibition event will take place Wednesday 16 September, and it is organized by JETRO (Japan External Trade Organisation), a Japanese government agency, in cooperation with the Brno Exhibition Centre and the CzechInvest agency. A total of fifteen Japanese companies will exhibit samples of parts, components and materials that they intend to buy from local producers, and will negotiate only with registered suppliers and exhibitors. The JETRO agency supports the efforts of Japanese companies this way to find local suppliers and seeks to contribute to the development of mutual trade relations between Japan and the Czech Republic, or even Europe. During the event, we expect approximately 130 meetings between suppliers and exhibitors or buyers.
