The peacock tail effect – the Brno Building Fairs 2010 – comprehensive and purposeful The new strategic outlook of the Association of Building Entrepreneurs of the Czech Republic for the period to 2012, presented at a press conference by President of the Association Ing. Václav Matyáš, offers three potential scenarios. The first of these – given the title “optimistic–realistic” – is seen as the most likely by those in the building industry, and envisages the beginnings of stabilisation during the course of 2010, with the economy performing at around the level seen this year.
