Organic Food in Public Catering - Putting Health and Sustainability on the Plate Conference will be held in Brno, Czech Republic, on March 5 as an accompanying event to the International Food Fairs SALIMA 2008. The goal of the Conference is to support introduction of organic and local food in public catering.
