Visiting rules of the Trade Fairs Brno Corp. premises
- The admission to the Trade Fairs Brno (hereinafter referred to as Company) premises entitles a visitor to view a trade fair or exhibition.
- By request of the guard service, a visitor is obliged to submit his personal belongings to an inspection
at the entrance and exit gates for both pedestrians and vehicles.
- A visitor is not allowed to:
- bring and hand out leaflets and other printed material, carry out advertising activity, take photographs as gainful occupation, perform surveys and similar activities, and carry out any business activities (sale) without having been granted an authorization by the Company,
- damage property, plant stands and orchard areas within the Company’s premises,
- walk outside sidewalks and designated roads, and walk in grass-covered areas,
- enter technical parts of the Company’s premises and spaces that are not intended for visitors,
- bring dogs (except during dog shows)
- ride on bicycle, skateboard and roller skates or blades scooters,
- smoke in the halls,
- bring into the premises any alcohol, narcotics and toxic substances, firearms and other dangerous objects, and inflammable substances, and use agents that may cause ignition,
- stay at the premises after 8 p.m. if the reason is other than an invitation to a social event
or permission by the Company.
- Visitors are allowed to park in dedicated car parks inside and outside the premises, and outside
the space occupied by fairs if the parking service does not decide differently. Parking is not allowed
on entrance platforms for fire engines, designated by a relevant sign. In case a car is left outside
the designated spaces or in a prohibited place or a place obstructing traffic or maintenance and interventions in case of failure, accident, emergency or fire, the car will be removed by a towing service from the exhibition ground. Parking is liable to taxation and subordinate to the parking rules.
- Every person is obliged to behave in such a manner that he or she would not cause a fire,
and to satisfy orders and observe bans regarding fire protection in designated places.
- When a fire breaks out, visitors must observe fire alarm instructions displayed on buildings, they must obey requests to evacuate and instructions of persons directing the evacuation. In order to reach safe areas, they must follow information and fire emergency signs indicating directions towards emergency exits.
- When an emergency occurs, visitors must obey commands given by the police and persons in charge
of the evacuation.
- When a visitor meets with an accident at the Trade Fairs Brno premises, a protocol on an injury must be written along with a representative of Trade Fairs Brno. Relevant information is available

- Trade Fairs Brno are responsible neither for the loss of things brought into the Trade Fairs Brno Corp. premises nor for the damage to the health or property of a visitor, inflicted by himself or by a third person acting in conflict with the Visiting Rules.
- Trade Fairs Brno Corp. stipulate the right to deny admission or remove from the premises any persons who violate the Visiting Rules, and visitors under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or other toxic substances, without the admission ticket reimbursement.
