Preliminary final report of URBIS INVEST, URBIS TECHNOLOGIE and ENVIBRNO fairs
The common holding of URBIS INVEST, URBIS TECHNOLOGIE and ENVIBRNO extended the traditional meeting of representatives of the public sector with commercial entities by the ever relevant fields of water management and environmental protection. The fair was attended by 809 exhibitors from 19 countries and 60,000 visitors from 31 countries around the world viewed them, although this year no building machines were presented.

The Czech Republic is the first of European nations, which will have a policy on secondary raw materials. According to experts, these must be brought to the level (quantity) of raw material, because their deposits are constantly decreasing.

From Tuesday to Friday, the ENVIWEB consultancy center will host experts on all areas of environment protection, focusing on building and urban ecology with an emphasis on waste management in municipalities.

At the ENVIBRNO fair, you can try out driving Peugeot hybrid cars! At the Brno Exhibition Centre, Peugeot 3008 HYbrid4 models will be seen as official cars – the first diesel hybrid in the world – and a unique "all road" Peugeot 508 RXH.
URBISAFETY 2012
The seminar will focus on safe and sustainable transport in cities and towns to the satisfaction of their populations; specifically it will focus on development of road safety in cities and towns in terms of planning, measures to optimize parking or appropriate technologies to enforce road safety rules in urban areas.

The CzechInvest investment and business development agency and the Association for Foreign Investments – AFI are giving a conference as part of the supporting program titled Promoting entrepreneurship and attracting investors to the region not only with the help of European funds to be held on 25 April 2012 in Brno.
