Brief characteristics of the exhibit

A delicious jelly made from young Spruce shoots. The shoots are macerated for a period of three months in sugar, from which they transform into a thick and aromatic syrup. The resulting jelly can be combined with white wine and other ingredients as a base for the preparation of non-traditional delicacies. Originating from the forest, this fine jelly goes well with wild game, mushrooms, as well as mature cheeses and fish.
