International Eye Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology Fair
OPTA celebrates its twentieth anniversary!
International Fair of Optics, Optometry and Ophthalmology 2014 is around the corner. From Friday, 14 February until Sunday 16 February, Hall B of the Brno Exhibition Centre will offer an opportunity to learn about and see the novelties in the field of optics, optometry and ophthalmology. More than sixty exhibitors will showcase their products and more than a hundred brands will be represented. Due to an early date, OPTA is traditionally the perfect venue for introducing European or world novelties and premieres. The Association of Czech Opticians and Optometrists is the co-organizer of the event, Optical Union of Slovakia and the Czech Contactology company are partners.
The organizers have prepared a number of interesting offers for trade visitors, which would be a shame not to use. The first of them is the OPTA Club Card, which premiered at last year's fair. OPTA Club Card entitles the holder to enter the fair on the 14 - 15 February from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Sunday, 16 February from 10:00 to 3:00 p.m.. The advantage for OPTA Club Card holders is free Wi-Fi for one hour. The holders are also not required to register on the website of the fair.
If you are not holders of these cards, you can still attend free of charge – by using the visitor registration and filling out the registration form, which will allow you free entry to the fair. After printing out a confirming document with a bar code, you can come to the fair any day and go straight through the turnstiles... There is of course also the opportunity to purchase tickets on site without registering, the price is 300 CZK.
Another proven innovation that is a bonus not only for visitors but also for exhibitors is connected with the catalogue of exhibitors. The organizers have decided to increase its impression so that each visitor will receive a catalogue already at the entrance to Hall B, and it is completely free of charge!
