The International Engineering
Fair is the most important
industrial fair in Central Europe, with annual participation of more than
1,500 exhibitors and 80,000 visitors. More than 35% of exhibitors and 10% of
visitors come from abroad.
Visitors are highly specialized, over seventy percent of visitors affect
investment decisions, a third belong to top management.
All key areas of engineering and electrical industry are represented.
Industrial automation is the main theme of MSV 2012, presenting measuring,
control, automation and control equipment, including all branches of the fair.
Electronics, Automation and Measuring Technology is third most represented
specialized MSV section after Mechanical Engineering Technology and Materials,
and Components in Engineering.
Together with MSV 2012, an International Trade Fair of cutting and shaping technology IMT and technology fairs named Fond-ex, Welding, Plastex and Profintech take place, as well as Interprotec, personal protection, safety at work fair.
MSV traditionally boasts high media attention, over four hundred journalists are accredited. The fair includes a high-class expert accompanying programme of conferences, seminars and workshops on current technical, business and economic issues.
