AMPER for the first time in Brno

The 19th AMPER fair to be held from 29 March to 1 April for the first time at the prime exhibition centre in the Czech Republic – the exhibition centre in Brno confirms its international prestige and quality. The BVV exhibition centre offers the fair modern exhibition space, first-rate background and services which contribute to the growing numbers of satisfied exhibitors and to the higher attendance of experts not only from the Czech Republic but also from abroad.

As of the end of February 580 exhibitors from 23 countries across the world registered. The organiser of the fair the Terinvest Ltd Company has prepared an accompanying programme of high quality primarily consisting of professional conferences and seminars. Out of the many accompanying events we can mention for example the conference "Prices of Energy in the Czech Republic and Slovak Republic" which will be attended by the ministers of industry and trade of both countries and the conference "Energy for the Future", where hot topics such as Smart Grids, among others, will be discussed.

The increasingly growing number of exhibitors from abroad, particularly from the neighbouring countries (Austria, Slovakia, Germany) adds to the importance of the AMPER fair; therefore we hope that also the number of visitors from abroad will grow. At this year's AMPER fair an exhibition of electric cars will be staged where the Tesla Motors Company will present, among others, their roadster. A marketing novelty of the AMPER fair will be the premiere presentation of the "Advee" robot. As tradition has it a competition will be held within the framework of the fair for the most useful product of the fair called the GOLDEN AMPER (ZLATÝ AMPER); the results will be announced at the official opening of the fair on 29 March 2011 at 17:30 h.

As of 22 February 2011 the AMPER 2011 fair registered 580 exhibiting companies. For example, the following companies have confirmed participation in the greatest event in this branch: ABB, ABBAS, ADI Global Distribution (Honeywell Ltd.), BALLUF CZ, BLUMENBECKER PRAG, B + R automation, CEZ, Danfoss Solar Inverters A/S, ELCOM, ENSTO Czech, Fischer electronic component distributor, HARTING, HEIRU CZ, JABLOTRON ALARMS, KACO new energy, LABARA, LAPP KABEL, MAGE SOLAR GmbH, OEZ, MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC EUROPE B.V., OMRON ELECTRONICS, PHOENIX CONTACT, Quittner & Schimek, REC Solar Germany, ROCKWELL AUTOMATION, SEZ-CZ, SIEMENS, TURCK, Weidmüller, Win Win Precision Technology Co. and many other prominent exhibitors of no less importance.

One of the attractions of the AMPER fair is the exhibition of electric cars in which prestigious producers of these unique means of transport will participate.
