Preliminary Final Report SALIMA – MBK – INTECO – VINEX and EMBAX
SALIMA – MBK – INTECO – VINEX International Food Fairs have for the second time taken place concurrently with the EMBAX International Trade Fair for Packaging and Packaging Technologies, and offered a view on innovations and trends in processing, distribution and sale of foodstuff. Presentation of 1195 exhibitors and represented brands was to be seen in three largest exhibiting halls of the Brno fairgrounds, where they were inspected by more than 27 thousand visitors from thirty countries.
Bakers will look for masters in their field
How does a professional baker's centre operate? It will be there, for visitors to see with their own eyes. The Business Association of Bakers and Confectioners of the CR will hold the Czech Junior Baker competition finals in Hall P.
“Food Forum” international conference in Brno
Ministry of Agriculture and Federation of the Food and Drink Industries of the Czech Republic (FFDI) are organizing “Food Forum”, an international conference with the topic of “Ways to sustain foodstuff production, quality of foodstuff and development of local and regional markets”. The conference shall be held on February 28, 2012, on the opening day of International Food Fair SALIMA 2012.
