graduated from Faculty of Science of the Palacký University Olomouc (Mathematics, Physics, IT) where we received his doctorate. He is also an alumnus of Český instutut pro marketing (Czech Institute for Marketing, CIMA). Currently, he is a student of Corporate economics and management which is a doctoral studies programme at VŠB Technical University of Ostrava.
He has been pursuing franchising since 1998 and founded a consultancy office in Olomouc in 2004. In the same year, he became a regular member of Czech Franchise Association (ČAF) and has been a member of ČAF Board of directors. In addition to development of franchise systems, Jiří Lošťák is giving lectures and presentations at various seminars, conferences and courses, by which he supports and contributes to popularization of franchising in the expert and lay public. His consultancy office is engaged in franchise projects both at home and abroad, and supports foreign franchise systems which are entering the Czech market. Thanks to his long-time experience in many lines of work (both trade and services), his actual consulting aims at practical application of franchise systems, i.e. development of comprehensive and intelligible franchise documentation. Among clients of his office would your find for example: Europharm a.s. (PHARMALAND), EFEF spol. s r.o. (VÝTOPNA Restaurant), Doktor Klain s.r.o. (DOKTOR KLAIN – optics), MARVEL International (MARVEL mobile houses), Kinekus s.r.o. (KINEKUS – hobbymarket Slovakia) and many more.
graduated from Faculty of Business and Economics of the Mendel University in Brno, and was awarded scholarships at foreign universities: Rennes (France) and Aristotelu University in Thessaloniki (Greece). He acquired his extensive practice and experience as a top management member of many trade companies. He has been participating in crisis management and restructuring of a great number of companies since 1996. He has been pursuing franchising to a greater extent since 1999 and in 2000, he spent some time as an intern at franchise headquarters of NBB bauSpezi franchise company in Hannover, Germany. Jiří Krajča works as a consultant and advisor in franchising and also helps develop franchise concepts. In 2000, he was one of the initiators of Czech Franchise Association renewal.
In 2005, Ing. Jiří Krajča took part e.g. in the projects of Silvaco, Electrolux and Husqvarna franchises, in 2007 he played his role in SUPER PET and UNIGLOBE franchise projects; apart from that, he has been engaged in Pizza Mizza project and many other. He cooperated on development of Bio Café franchise concept.
From 2008 to 2001, he cooperated with University of Economics in Prague on creation of a one-term course with the name of Franchising. He succeeded in finishing application of Czech and Slovak master-licence of Uniglobe International Vancouver in 2010 – based on the project, the master-licence was awarded in June 2010. graduated from University of Economics in Prague. After he had emigrated to Germany in 1984, he worked in the top management of several international companies – he was a chief executive officer of QUELLE in the Czech Republic, OBI for the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary, board of directors member in the Lasselsberger group. He established his own consulting agency AVEX systems in 2004, which specializes on the area of international franchise business. He presided to the Czech Franchise Association from 2001 to 2005, and was a board of directors member in Czech Confederation of Commerce and Tourism. Since 2007 he has been the owner and CEO of AVEX BAUMARKT systémová centrála s.r.o. which focuses on development and keeping of franchise baumarkts; he has been a member of Czech Franchise Association since 2001. In addition to that, he is also a member of FPI – Franchise Pool International and cooperation partner – SYNCON – International Franchise Consultants. He was engaged in preparation and realisation of FRANCHISE MEETING POINT trade fair in 2005-2008.
