Measuring, control, automation and regulation technology
High interest from abroad
The International Engineering Fair has long been one of the projects with the highest proportion of foreign exhibitors, not only among the Brno trade fairs, but throughout Central and Eastern Europe. This year, the share of foreign participants reaches 40 percent. Most of them, as usual, will arrive from Germany, followed by Slovakia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland and China. Just this year the Asian economic superpower is preparing a fairly extensive participation with official support. There will be a presentation of the industrial province of Sichuan, and approximately fifty Chinese companies in total will be presented in Brno. The promotion of Czech-Chinese business cooperation will also be the focus of the accompanying programme. On Tuesday 30 September the Exhibition Centre will host a "B2B Conference China", organized by the CzechTrade agency office in Chengdu, China.
In addition to China's official exhibition, other states are also preparing their official presentations. Germany and its federal lands have once again shown greater interest in this form of presentation. An official joint stand will be opened by Bavaria and North Rhine-Westphalia, three central German states of Saxony, Thuringia and Saxony-Anhalt will show their international cooperation projects at MSV. A Czech-German Technology Symposium - Innovative Technologies in Engineering will take place at the exhibition centre on Wednesday 1 October.
Official MSV exhibition stands will also be opened by Belgium, France, Italy, Austria, Slovakia and after last year's premiere also by Thailand, namely the Federation of Thai Industry. Russia will be represented by the official presentation of the Moscow Region focusing on innovative business education and research.
