For ten years, as Operations Manager of the SFIA Foundation, Ron has contributed to the development of the Skills Framework for the Information Age (SFIA), helping it to grow to worldwide acceptance, with users in 100 countries.

He has improved ITSM at both small organisations and large multinationals, ranging from government, education, military and financial institutions to various commercial enterprises. His experience is based on ITSM tools from the major players but also brand new products in the ITSM market, on premise as well as Cloud based applications. In todays presentation he will share the mistakes of the past, the lessons learned and the expectations for the future of ITSM (tool) implementations.
